TCD is seeking a qualified partner to conduct a statewide landscape assessment and gap analysis of AI training and upskilling offerings available to Delaware residents and employers. This work will help Delaware better understand the current training landscape, identify strengths and gaps, validate employer demand, and produce practical recommendations for a more coordinated, employer-informed system. The final product should serve both as a public-facing landscape analysis and as a practical decision-making tool to inform future program design, investment, and implementation across the state.
